"if the site is hosted on a free server (such as tripod.com or freewebs.com), it's usually as easy as contacting the administration of the service and telling them about the hate sites. These free hosts serve thousands of pages and often will not know they are hosting hate sites unless they are told. Do your part - report hate sites!"
Google 'Whois tool' to find a tool that'll tell you who hosts a hate-site.
